My Wellness Retreats are a chance to pause and reconnect in the lush surrounds of Ubud, Bali. These small group retreats are being designed to offer a gentle mix of downtime, nourishing food, mindful movement and meaningful connection, all with a good dose of laughter and lightness.

Each retreat will be held in beautiful Ubud and offer a carefully crafted blend of wellness practices, connection and calm. Think sound healing, special meals, morning movement and time to just be. You will leave feeling refreshed, realigned and reenergised from the inside out.
